Blue Scope Steel – Badak Project
Cegelec Indonesia, on behalf of Blue Scope Steel for the construction of their new metal products coating line in Cilegon – Banten, excutedexecuted the construction of all medium voltage cubicles and cabling, all low voltage motor control centres and cabling, and all lighting, small power and telecommunication systems. The project required over 500,000 men x hours of construction works.

 

KPC – Melawan Crushing Plant And Western Overland Conveyor
Cegelec executed the design, procurement, construction and commissioning works for the electrical and automation systems of the Melawan field of KPC’s coal mine located in East Kalimantan. The development included a crushing plant, 9km of overland conveyor, and transfer towers. Cegelec Indonesia delivered the medium voltage systems (transformers, cubicles and cables), low voltage switchgears and motor control centres, extra low voltage and telecommunication systems, and automation.

 

Adaro – Kelanis Project
PT Adaro Indonesia entrusted Cegelec with an EPC contract for the electrical and automation systems for the development works at Kelanis port in South Kalimantan which consisted in the upgrading of the coal crushing, stockpiling and loading systems. Cegelec Indonesia delivered diesel generators, medium voltage systems, low voltage and motor control systems, lighting, automation and SCADA system, fire protection systems, and safety devices.

 

Angkasa Pura 2 – Multilateration Radar System
Cegelec Indonesia supplied and installed the A-SMGCS (Advance Surface Movement Guidance and Control System) multilateration radar system for Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The scope of the delivery included the multilateration system with 27 multilateration radars, controllers and data concentrators, and a large fiber-optic based backbone. The works were executed without causing any disturbance to the airport’s operations.
