The factory is being built on behalf of a joint venture created among Barito Pacific, a large Indonesian conglomerate involved in plantations, and the French tyre maker Michelin. For this project, Omexom will deliver a comprehensive scope of work including the civil works for the industrial buildings developed on a brownfield industrial site, the construction of a water treatment system, the installation of the process equipment supplied by the Client, and all the electrical and mechanical systems for the plant.
